I used the VLCD I had porridge for breakfast (late morning) soup mid afternoon and a shake in the evening with a minimum of 2 litres of water a day.  First couple of days were hard but it got a lot easier.

Well done, that's an amazing weight loss! One of the most we've ever heard in one week! The first week of a VLCD can be quite a big weight drop as your body is adjusting to ketosis and lack of food. The amount you lose should become more stable as time goes in because your body will get used to the diet, but stick to the plan and you should continue to see great results.

You'll reach your target weight in no time!
