Refunds and Returns

All our products have been carefully developed and we think they're great, but if you aren't 100% satisfied with them we have a no quibble 28 day hassle free returns guarantee to put things right.

Simply contact us to arrange their return and we'll exchange the products, give you account credit you can use for money off your next purchase, or refund you entirely so you're kept happy.

What can I return?

We want you to be completely happy with the food you buy from Saints and Slimmers. If you're not satisfied, just drop us a line within 28 days and we'll be happy to sort the problem out for you.

Providing you've not eaten or opened it, you can return any product to us that's been bought individually or as part of a diet plan. The only exception are products that have been purchased via a third party discount voucher website, for which the full order must be returned within 28 days.

How do I arrange a return?

Please drop us a line and we will provide you with a special returns number. You're free to either return the parcel to us at your own cost (we'll give you the returns address when you call) or we can arrange for the return to be handled via Collect Plus for a fee of £6.99 per parcel.

How do I use Collect Plus?

Collect Plus has thousands of return points across the UK, usually at local shops, and returning via this service is quick, easy and convenient. It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your parcel back from Collect Plus, but you can track the progress of the parcel using the tracking number on your receipt.

Can I have a refund, exchange or credit?

Yes, in most cases we're able to offer you either a refund, an exchange or we can add credit to your account using loyalty points.

If you request a refund, this will be applied to the payment card you used for the order within 14 days of your return request (depending on how quickly we receive the parcel from you). We will email you once the refund has been raised, but it can take your bank up to five working days to clear the funds.

If you'd like an exchange we will contact you once the returned parcel has been received. We'll then confirm the items you'd like to receive in exchange and ask you to pay the delivery charge.

If you'd like credit via loyalty points, these are normally added to your account within two days of receipt of the returned goods. We'll drop you a line to let you know we've added the points and give you your current points total.

Can I still return an item if I've lost my delivery note?

Yes, of course. Just give us a call and we'll still be able to sort you out.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you're free to cancel an order up to seven days after the day you receive the parcel from us. To cancel, you'll need to request this in writing to us by email or post. We'll refund the full cost of the order for you, including the delivery charge if you paid one.

We ask that you return all items unused and in their original packaging and that they are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. The cost of any missing items will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased via a third party discount code website, the terms and conditions of that website apply unless otherwise stated.

What happens if you don't receive my return?

We'd recommend that you use a tracked service whenever returning products to us. If you use Collect Plus, your receipt will have a tracking number on it that you can use to monitor the path of the parcel on its way back to us. Most couriers offer similar services.
